Finding debt consolidation loans with bad credit can be quite a task… after all, a lot of lenders don’t want to take a risk on someone who is such an obvious credit risk. Luckily, however, a lot of lenders will take that risk; it’s simply a matter of knowing what they’re looking for, and how best to approach them for a loan. Asking around to see which banks and lending companies offer debt consolidation loans with bad credit is a good start, and from there it’s simply a matter of presenting yourself in the best possible light in order to improve your chances of getting the money that you need.
Debt consolidation at a glance
Before applying for debt consolidation loans with bad credit, it helps to know exactly what debt consolidation is. Basically, consolidating your debt means that you’re getting a loan that will be applied toward your outstanding debts… either paying them off completely, or paying off a portion of the debt to make the rest more manageable. This leaves you with the loan payment as either your only payment to make or at least one of a few payments to make, and making it easier for you to repay fewer debts than when you had the larger amount. Debt consolidation loans with bad credit are almost always secured loans, meaning that you’ve got collateral (such as a car or real estate) on the line to ensure that you repay what you’ve borrowed.
Getting the most from your loan
To get the best value and lowest interest rate when trying to get debt consolidation loans with bad credit, it’s best to use your most valuable property as your collateral and ask for considerably less than its total value. This insures that the lender will get their money back one way or another, and usually makes them much more willing to issue debt consolidation loans with bad credit. Paying off as much of your debt as you can before applying is a good idea, too… it shows that you’re serious about getting out of debt, and are making a legitimate effort. If it looks like you really want to fix your debt and credit problems, then you’re more likely to be eligible for lower interest rates and better terms for debt consolidation loans with bad credit.
Shopping around for the best value
Even though you’re applying for debt consolidation loans with bad credit, it doesn’t mean that you have to accept the first offer that comes your way. Shop around with several lenders and compare their rates, seeing what terms one lender offers and whether other banks or finance companies can offer you something comparable. This will help you to get the most out of your money, and ensure that you have less to repay.

It is one of the biggest employers in the world. It eats up a large chunk of our money. It is the retail industry.
Retailing is a massive, passive beast that pervades just about all our lives. Virtually all of us shop, sometimes as a pleasure and sometimes as a burdenous chore.
But when and how did it all begin? The answer is probably to do with surpluses. As we got better at cultivating the land, some people found that even after feeding their families and animals and putting food into storage, there was some left over. Rather than waste this surplus, it was traded for other surpluses or perhaps tools or other objects.
Those that had enough land and were particularly good at producing food from it would have realized that they were on to a good thing by deliberately producing surpluses. Eventually the informal trade in goods would have become more organized, with central markets being formed where these producers could get together on a regular basis in order to exchange goods.
Of course, trading goods for other goods is all very well until you have just about every thing you are likely to ever need, or the product you want has yet to be produced. In order to get around this, people started to owe goods to other people. Early forms of credit may have just been verbal agreements. As time passed, some traders and producers decided to keep a record of what was owed. One way this was done was by the debtor leaving some collateral with the creditor - some object or an animal that was held by the creditor until the debt was paid. This was OK until the debtor needed the tool or animal in order to produce the very goods that were owed. An alternative way of denoting credit was to use a symbolic object, such as small animal. Since small animals are not very portable, it became more normal to use small inanimate objects such as pebbles. Over time these small object became more decorated and valued and eventually metal coins and paper notes became more and more familiar. So early trading gave rise to money.
As time passed, some producers would have found they were better at selling the goods than growing them (or perhaps enjoyed it more!). Others preferred to stick to growing. So there was a gradual separation of the producers and the traders.
And it was not just food that was sold. Tools, trinkets, jewelry, cups, plates and many other objects would have been traded as well.
The informal markets would, over time, become more formal and more permanent. So shops began. Other traders would prefer to travel around selling their goods. These became known as peddlers. Selling from a regular market, from a permanent shop or peddling goods are known collectively as retailing.

To improve your soccer coaching skills, you’ve got to make sure your players give their bodies the chance to perform at their best. That means sensible warm-ups and cool-down, before and after a match or a soccer training session of any kind.
Soccer is a demanding physical game. So providing encouragement and instruction and making sure your players do adequate physical preparation is one of the most important responsibilities in soccer coaching.
The warm up is a process to increase awareness, improve co-ordination, improve elasticity and contractibility of muscles, and increase the efficiency of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems.
Soccer training and blood flow to muscles
In a body at rest, the blood flow to the muscles is comparatively low, and the majority of the small blood vessels (capillaries) supplying them are closed. When soccer training or playing begins, the blood flow in the exercising muscles increases markedly, as the capillaries open.
At rest, 15-20% of the blood flow supplies muscles, while after 10-12 minutes of all-round exercise, the percentage of blood flow supplying the muscles rises to 70-75%. A muscle can only achieve maximum performance when all its blood vessels are functional.
Physical work increases the energy output and temperature of the muscle, this in turn leads to improved co-ordination with less likelihood of injury.
A warm-up therefore prepares the body by:
• raising muscle temperature towards an optimum level for performance
• enabling metabolic processes in cells to proceed at higher rates
• and allowing nerve messages to travel faster
Why warm-up is important in soccer coaching
Reasons for conducting a thorough warm-up prior to soccer training and games include the following:
• To increase blood flow to muscular tissue
• To increase muscle temperature
• To reduce muscle tightness
• To elevate body temperature
• To stimulate reflex activity related to balance and co-ordination
• To achieve full joint mobility in the specific joints involved in the activity
• To achieve full soft tissue extensibility - muscles, tendons, ligaments
• To enhance the functioning of the neuromuscular system
• To prepare the cardiovascular and respiratory systems
• To prepare the player psychologically for the coming activity
• To familiarize themselves with the environmental conditions
Warm-ups should be intense enough to increase the body temperature, the effects of which will ultimately wear off depending upon its intensity and specificity. The procedure should begin with movements of the large muscle groups, as these are the main areas to which blood is redistributed. These include the following areas:
• Back lower leg: gastrocnemius and soleus
• Front lower leg: peroneals (shin)
• Front thigh: quadriceps
• Back thigh: hamstrings
• Inner thigh: adductors
• Back: erector spinae
• Trunk: abdominal muscles
• Shoulders and chest: deltoids and pectorials
Specialized soccer exercises
After the general warm-up players can begin more specialized exercises including mobilization of the joints and dynamic movements of muscles, particularly of the lower extremity. The final stage of a warm-up concentrates on technique, and/or practicing a specific movement.
Whether warm-ups are performed with or without a ball depends entirely upon the philosophy adopted by the coach. This part of the soccer training session does provide an opportunity to work on specific technical skills in conjunction with mobility work and may also provide a greater mental and neurological stimulus for the players. In soccer coaching generally a lack or improper use of a warm-up and a cool-down is a risk factor for lower extremity overuse muscular injuries, especially during running.

In this article, we will consider how to use your public domain
content and put it on a website.
If you already have a website, find related public domain
content to simply copy and paste to your site and create dozens
of brand new pages!
If your site is about dogs, get content about dogs. Dog tips,
temperament, training, toys, etc. And put it on different pages
on your site.
If you don’t have a website, find content that you would like to
build a website out of and get going. Let’s explore this further
today.
What’s your website going to be about? Public speaking?
Gardening? Children? Well, what’s the content of your public
domain file? Create a website on the theme you choose. It can be
anything. Your own niche. Perhaps something you enjoy like
cooking. Or even something you know nothing about like
astronomy! That’s the beauty of public domain. All the content
you need is already there for you to simply copy and paste. That
gives your website value. More people would be interested to
visit your site.
Where to start? It’s a good idea to get your own domain name.
One online tools I like to use to find good domain names is
http://www.domainname-search.com. Enter a keyword, like
‘gardening’ and you’re presented with plenty of possibilities to
choose from. You can register a domain for less than $7 a year.
You can also use an existing domain you own and create a
sub-directory of the subject. If your domain is something
generic like yourname.com, create a directory like
yourname.com/gardening to setup your gardening site.
Since you probably have plenty of content to use, you will
probably want to break up the content and put them on several
pages according to appropriate headings instead of dumping the
whole bulk of text on one page. This is where a good
understanding of the content is handy.
For example, if your site is about “Learning Tennis In 10 Days”,
it would not be a bad idea to divide the site to ten pages - day
one to day ten. This would present the content to your visitor
in an attractive and uncomplicated way. It’s always a good idea
to keep things simple and intuitive. Your visitor will know the
lessons starts on Day 1 without you having to explain or write
out an FAQ guide. And each day can have a subtitle to explain
what the lesson is about. For instance: “Day One - Choosing A
Racket.”
All depends on how you package the content for your visitors. If
things are too complicated that a visitor can’t navigate your
site, he’d much rather look for another site.
Besides cutting and pasting text, there are other things you can
do to ‘enhance’ your site and make it attractive to visitors. A
few subtle graphics is important. You can download a
FreeWebTemplate and edit it with DreamWeaver or FrontPage. Then
upload it to your webhost server.
Also if your public domain file has 360 pages, you don’t have to
use all the content on your site. You can even focus your
website on a specific niche. If you have content on dozens of
different species of dogs, you don’t have to create a website on
every dog in the book. How about focussing on just the terrier?
Did you know that ‘terrier’ alone is searched for hundreds of
thousands of times a month? That’s huge! That’s not all. You can
even drill down further and focus your website on a particular
type of terrier like the ’silky terrier’. Overture shows
approximately 12,000 searches a month for ’silky terrier’ alone.
That’s a big enough market to warrant a dedicated website.
You might have heard of automated software tools that produce a
complete website of hundreds of pages from public domain content
you input. I do not recommend it for 2 reasons. One, your
website will be exactly the same as a hundred other people who
use the software. And two, with so many similiar sites indexed
by the search engines, this would increase the chances of your
site being banned for what the search engines might consider
spamming.
One of the most most crucial element of the website in my
opinion is the TITLE. The title will be the first thing your
visitors see and can decide whether he/she stays to explore your
site further or goes away. That’s why you need to entice them
with a solid compelling title. The book on dogs may be “All
About Dogs” and showcase 12 different species. But if your niche
is “terriers”, then “All About Dogs” may not be the most
appropriate. You’d have to create a new title of your own.
To make money with your website, you need to have or find
related products you can sell on your site. Digital products
like ebooks are excellent examples because there is no stock or
shipping to worry about. Everything is handled digitally. You
can find hundreds of products to choose from at Clickbank.com.
By inserting an affiliate link, you can earn handsome
commissions on sales. If your site is on dogs, find an ebook on
‘dog training’ for instance, and put the link on your site. A
visitor who happens to enter your site, reads the interesting
content you have and thinks to himself, this guy knows what he’s
talking about. I’ll check out his ebook. And you make your first
SALE!
Another way you can earn money is by placing ads on your site.
Sign up with Google Adsense. Copy a piece of code and Google
puts an ad on your site that’s related to your content. A health
site will have ads on health. An insurance site will have ads on
insurances. If a visitor clicks on one of these ads, you earn
money, anywhere from a few cents to a few dollars per click.
Some clicks can make you up to $10 or more! You can create a
content-rich website and have Google display relevant ads on
your site.
Creating a website is not the end of the story. It is, in fact,
the easy part. Optimizing your site for the search engines is
the tough part. Having lots of good quality content will improve
your rankings. Your site needs to get good rankings so that if
someone searches for information pertaining to your niche, your
site should ideally be in the top 10 or 20. Not on postion 543,
where no one will find you. Search engine optimizers (SEO)
charge hundreds or thousands of dollars but let me see if I can
save you some money….
Here are some very good free tips and techniques you can
implement yourself to give your website a boost in the search
rankings. Visit http://www.GoogleWebsite.com
In part 3 of this series, I’ll show you how you can create your
very own ebook too for free.
If you are planning on renting a home or apartment and have a past bankruptcy, there are some things you should know.
First, you need to determine who you are planning to rent from - meaning a private party or a property management company.
Why does it matter? Because each one usually approaches the rental process very differently. If you don’t know what their process is, you could end up being out $30-60 in credit report fees.
There are a number of strategies you can use to increase your chances of being approved for a home or apartment rental. I know, because I have used them when renting in the past - both from private parties and property management companies.
I’m not going to cover every single strategy here, as there isn’t enough room, but here’s one you can start with:
If you are applying for a rental with a property management company, find out what their rental criteria is. It sounds like common sense, but a lot of people submit a rental application, with a non-refundable credit report fee, only to be turned down because of their credit history.
Don’t let this happen to you! If you know what the criteria is in advance, and you find out by asking, you will at least have an idea of whether or not you can qualify.
If you have a bankruptcy it doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll be declined. Much depends on the property management company’s guidelines. For example, a property management company may still rent to you - but maybe they’ll ask for a higher security deposit.
In After Bankruptcy Credit Solutions I go into more detail on specific strategies you can use to increase your chances of qualifying for an apartment or home rental.
I do not have enough room in this article to discuss strategies when it comes from renting from private parties. However, it can be a much different experience than renting from property management companies.
In my experience, private parties tend to be less rigid in their rental screening process. This means there are some things you should NOT do during the rental screening process - otherwise you could end up being turned down pretty quickly. But I’ll save those for another article on renting after bankruptcy.

Preface
We are For Sale By Owners, “FSBOs.” We spend our time trying to sell ourselves and others on what we are doing or what we want to believe. While knowledge is power, we are often victims of ignorance.
Most of us are outsiders. Outside of the narrow worlds that we occupy, we have only superficial understanding of the way most things really are. We fail to consider how people became like they are. What we see is not all that there is. Look at yourself. Why are you like this? Are you what other people think? Or, are you a lot more? Are you all good, or all bad? I doubt it! I believe we are all the products of the choices we have made. We can make new choices. We must gain knowledge with which we can make better decisions. It is my hope that you will enjoy a good read. In so doing, I pray you will glean some useful information, gain insider’s awareness of elements that may affect you, and heed some of the warnings that are integrated in this book.
In FSBOs, evil gains entry when a housewife opens her door to strangers. Each has a personal interest at heart, derivative of individual experience and choices. We will visit some murky worlds that you may never have wanted to see, each owned or possessed by the character who has chosen to live there. While fictional, such lives do exist. The multiple storylines are tied together by a common plight, that of people who set out to sell either who they are or their homes by themselves. The villans are ignorance, greed, power, lust, self-service, and misguided belief systems. It is easy to say that, of such things, we are all victims.
Whether we like it or not, we are each owners of ourselves. Frequently, we are negatively affected by the consequences of our own poor choices. Sometimes, we are victims of the ruthless choices of others. Usually, there were warning signs which we ignored precipitating our tragedies. We went our own way, selling ourselves and others on what we wanted to believe, For Sale By Owners, “FSBOs”.
If the proceeding “Preface” appeals to you, you might consider investing in a copy of the novel from which it was extracted.Or, you may read it free online at http://books.iuniverse.com/viewbooks.asp?isbn=0595287034&page=fm3

This summer (2005) huge crowds in England and Australia have been following the 5 test match series between England and Australia. The sides are evenly matched and have played some of the most exciting cricket seen for many years. Whether you play cricket or not, you will find some great success lessons in this series of matches.
The first success lesson is that you and I must not dwell on our mistakes however humiliating they are. We have to be tough minded and just focus on the next ball to be bowled or the next project in our lives.
Cricket is a team game but there are only 11 players fielding (bowling and catching the ball) and they are spread out on a large field. Any mistakes you make are seen at once by your team mates and the audience. The mistakes of the batting side are also clearly visible as only two people bat at a time.
Kevin Pietersen, the promising England batsman, dropped two catches in the first test when he was fielding but then went on to a play a good batsman’s innings. A commentator remarked that he must have a strong mind to get over the disappointment of dropping the catches enough to allow him to bat well
Geraint Jones, the wicket keeper, had also dropped two catches and again a commentator remarked that you can try to put your mistakes at the back of your mind but it is not that easy. The memory keeps recurring. However, Jones batted well in spite of the memory that must have haunted him. Later in the series, he also took some magnificent catches to make up for the ones he had dropped.
Both captains, Michael Vaughan and Ricky Ponting, batted poorly in the first two tests and were heavily criticized in the papers. However, in the third test match both captains batted extraordinarily well. They both showed the fighting spirit to get over the depression they must have felt after the first and second matches and the criticism they were receiving daily.
A second key success lesson is that you must not get distracted from your goal of scoring runs or anything else by mental or physical pain. In ordinary life, many painful things can happen which can demoralise you unless you are determined enough to keep going in spite of the pain. Keep focused on your goals and dreams whatever happens.
Those who have not played cricket may not realise how hard a cricket ball is. It is especially hard and bouncy when it is new. Fast bowlers are usually given the new ball so that they can bounce it high to hit the batsmen in the head, throat, ribs or hands.
Once the batsmen get distracted by the pain in their head or hands, they will be vulnerable to the next ball and will do something silly like knocking up a catch or failing to protect their wicket (the three stumps or sticks protruding from the ground) from getting hit by the ball.
Brett Lee, the Australian fast bowler, was run out when he hesitated before running. He wanted to flap his hand to get rid of the pain. His index finger and then his thumb had been hit by fast balls. Later, however, in another match, he redeemed himself by batting well even though he had been hit hard on the head and the arm!
On the second day of the first test England were bowling at the Australians who were having their second innings (chance to bat).
However, the England bowlers were not harassing the batsmen enough. Boycott, the former great England batsman, commented that the ball should be whistling about the batsmen’s ears and hitting their gloves:
“The ball is new and hard. Now is the time to hit the batsmen before the ball gets too soft. Once the batsmen get too comfortable, they will start thinking: ‘I fancy scoring a hundred.’”
Even the tailenders or weaker batsmen who bat last have to suffer. The bowlers cannot allow them to stay in too long. Boycott continues:
“Bowlers should hit the tailenders in the ribs or on the hand before they get too comfortable. That’s what you have to do as a fast bowler. You have to hurt the opposition tailenders. Tailenders are alright if there is not a likelihood of them getting hurt. They’re not too brave.”
On Saturday, the third day of the test, the Australian tail enders were batting. Gillespie, one of the tailenders, was hit in the stomach near the belly button. He grimaced in pain. A few balls later he was hit in the groin by a ball from Harmison and doubled over in agony. The ball was travelling at about 90 miles an hour. The crowd roared with laughter. Harmison had been aiming for the throat and the toes and the crown jewels
It can take a good over (6 balls from the same bowler) or two to get focused after being hurt. But Gillespie is a gutsy player and practises hard at his batting. He realizes it is important for a tailender to score runs or at least stay in. He batted on bravely.
The gutsy performance of the Australian tailenders had much to do with the Australian success in the first test match of the Ashes series. They had learned how to overcome sharp physical pain and recover their focus quickly.
We all need to learn to accept the fact that we will suffer mental and physical pain at some point in achieving our goals. The secret is to forget the pain as quickly as possible and just concentrate on doing what we have to do.
Further success lessons came from the third test match. One of them is that sometimes it is better not to listen to the critics whether they are outside or inside your own head.
Australia had won the first test match and then England won the second test on the 7th Aug 2005 a date that will go down in history as the date of one of the greatest cricket matches ever played.
England won the match by 2 runs only - an amazingly close margin. Much of the success was due to the England captain, Michael Vaughan, but Vaughan had not scored enough runs himself in this test or the first one. He could guarantee that the papers would be having a go at him in a big way. His solution was simple. He did not read the papers.
On Thursday, England went in to bat. Michael Vaughan was in third and was under great pressure to perform. This is where his policy of not reading the papers paid off. He scored his first century of the series. The audience were up and out of their seats applauding as he succeeded. He had scored 13 fours (hits to the boundary).
A captain who scores runs can lead by example. It is important that he is in form as actions speak much louder than words. In the end he made a large total of 166 runs with about 20 four’s and at least one six (a hit over the boundary).
He told an interviewer that before batting he had talked to the young boy who was the England mascot for the day. The lad had already had three heart by pass operations. This made Vaughan feel less tension as he realised that, at the age of thirty, he had so much to be thankful for and that scoring or not scoring runs was not that important in the whole scheme of things.
He also decided to bat on intuition and not to think too much. He had already done his thinking and his practice. Once he was facing some of the best bowlers in the world, he would not have time to think. His plan worked and he smashed the ball all over the place.
However, in the end Australia held out for a draw. They were saved mainly by the rain which meant that England had less time to get them out than was necessary.
So then: keep going even if you make embarrassing mistakes in full public view. Regain your focus on your goals even if you have been hit by physical or mental pain. Even the great Jim Rohn lost a million dollars after he had signed a form without realising the liabilities involved. He soon regained his focus and the lost money. Refuse to fill your mind with the views of your critics and keep your life in perspective by thinking of those millions of people who are so much worse off than you. Finally, once your thinking has been done, take action wholeheartedly without worrying about the results.

Windows and doors make the first statement when someone visits
your home. When visitors come to your door, they will notice the
windows and doors and judge your personality type accordingly.
If you have antique doors and windows, your visitors may think
of you as a traditionalist. On the other hand, if you have
Victorian-style doors and windows you may be viewed as a
traditionalist as well.
Therefore, when considering home improvement think about the
type of person you are. What is it that you like over other
designs that will setoff your personality type? If you like, the
wood appeal thus, it may set the example that you are a
fashionable person, especially if the wood is clean and newly
oriented.
If you are considering remodeling your windows it is important
to know you as well as what materials, tools and so forth is
necessary to get the job done. To get started we are going to
learn a few steps to installing new windows. If you want
customary made windows then realize that the materials must be
pre-ordered in most instances and this will cost a bit more than
other types of window framings. Therefore, you will have time to
frames on the windows before the material is delivered.
With the old windows in place you will need to clean, remove
peeling paint, and smooth out the surface, prepping for new
windows. You will need to clean the window frames and trimmings
again when the new windows arrive.
The windows will come with systematic instructions, thus
following these steps will help you to do a good job. Windows
have insulation, king studs, headers, angled studs, jambs,
double rough sills, cripple studs, jack studs, shims, and so
forth in some instances.
When the new windows arrive, you will need to prepare the window
for installation. You will need to mark the studs to determine
where everything falls back in to place as well. Thus, you will
need measuring tapes and cutters to cut out the “king studs’
making the studs fitting for the new windows and fitting between
the plates. You will need to level the ‘king studs’ plumbing the
studs and fitting them into the new window, toe nailing the
studs to fit the plates.
Again, before getting started read and follow the instructions
to get the best results, because you will need to know what
inches apart are needed to separate the studs and openings from
the window. Most windows require half-inch openings for the best
effect.
The header opening differs as well and will require an opening
between stud and header…you will need a leveler to measure and
line the window for fitting.
Once you finish the task, you can look back over your work to
make sure that everything is in place, still if you read and
followed the instructions the window should go up fine.
Again, it makes sense to have the tools and materials in front
of you when making home improvements. If you start the job and
realize you do not have all the materials and tools needed to do
the job, you will have already made an error especially if you
have opened the old window already.
The article is not a systematic guide for installing windows,
thus the instructions would benefit you more. The article is
merely intended to help you have an understanding as to how easy
it can be to install new windows, while letting you know that
your personality is defined by the appeal of your home.
Therefore, home improvement not only increases the equity of
your home, it also compliments your personality and can even
lead others to determine your personality type.
The outside of your home also makes a statement. Thus, if your
yard is full of trash visitors may think of you as a slob.
